Dr. Shirley A. Ross
Founding Pastor
Apostle Dr. Shirley A. Ross is an ordained commissioned minister. She was ordained and licensed at Deliverance Evangelistic Church in Philadelphia, under the leadership of the late Pastor Benjamin Smith, Sr. Apostle Ross is the pastor and founder of Bible Ministries Fellowship Church Inc and the Bible Ministries Fellowship School of Establishing for Character Building.
Lamont Heckstall
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Lamont Heckstall is a native of Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Tabernacle Bible College, where he received his bachelor's degree in religious arts. Pastor Lamont has a heart for God's people especially the youth. His love for the people of God and his passion for teaching has enabled him to touch many lives.
